Young male head with meridian lines in different coloursThis collection of 12 short, meridian videos is set up for your convenience, so that you can easily check the pathways of the 12 meridians, one at a time. The videos range in length from 0:20 secs to just over a minute.

Thank you to Tuina Šola Masaže who provided these excellent, educational videos, that use clever animation to trace the meridians with a ball of white light. The 12 meridians are drawn in different colours so they are easy to see.

Together with Donna Eden’s demonstration of how to trace the meridians with your hands, these meridian videos should make the job of tracing the meridians simple to learn.

If you’ve come here from my meridian tracing article, then you’ve already been warned, but just in case, you reached this page from some other link, I’ll say it again.

WARNING!

If full nudity offends you, do NOT watch these 12 meridian videos.
The model used for the animations is a completely naked man.

Please note, when you get down to the exact pathway of the 12 meridians, there are a few disagreements between professionals, so do not be concerned if the ones shown here are slightly different than others you’ve seen.

Rest assured that, for the purposes of self treatment and tracing your meridians, “close enough is good enough!”

The Order Of The Meridian Videos

I have placed these 12 videos so that they follow the meridian clock timing, starting with Donna Eden’s choice of the spleen meridian.  (Traditional Chinese Medicine favours the lung meridian). You can start with any one you like, but it’s best to stick to the same order.

All of the 12 meridians are listed with their yin or yang; arm or leg classification (class), and the Chinese element they are associated with. The 24 hour peak activation time is from the meridian clock. ‘Length’ refers to the video duration.

The total time needed to watch all the meridian videos once is less than 8 minutes, but you can of course watch them as often as you like.
